Terms and Conditions of Participation in the School of the 70 — 2026 edition

§ 1. General provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) define the rules of participation in the event School of the Seventy (hereinafter: “School of the 70” or “Event”), organised by the Organiser.

The Event takes place at the Elim Centre (Christian Centre Elim), ul. Pałacowa 4, 59-600 Lwówek Śląski, Poland (locality of Płakowice).

Event dates: 31 July – 9 August 2026.

The Event has a spiritual and formative character and is intended for persons who have consciously decided to live a life of Christian faith and wish to deepen their discipleship.

§ 2. Definitions
The following terms used in these Terms shall mean:
- Candidate — a natural person who has submitted an application for participation in the School of the 70 through the registration form.
- Participant — a Candidate who has received a positive decision from the Qualification Committee and has paid the deposit within the required deadline.
- Qualification Committee — a team appointed by the Organiser to evaluate candidate applications.
- Application — a completed and submitted registration form available at https://s70.pl.
- Website — the website https://s70.pl.
§ 3. Conditions of participation

A person may participate in the School of the 70 who:
- has reached 16 years of age by the date of the Event’s commencement at the latest;
- is a believer identifying with evangelical Christianity, consciously following Jesus Christ;
- has completed and submitted the Application;
- has received a positive decision from the Qualification Committee;
- has paid the required fees within the deadlines;
- has accepted the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Minors (16–17 years old) may become Participants only after submitting to the Organiser written consent of a parent or legal guardian for participation in the Event, prepared according to the template made available by the Organiser. The consent must be sent to info@s70.pl as a scan or photograph of the signed document no later than together with the payment of the deposit. The minor Participant presents the original consent on the day of the Event’s commencement.

The number of places at the Event is limited. Submission of an Application does not guarantee qualification for the School.
§ 4. Registration and qualification procedure
- Registration takes place exclusively through the electronic application form available on the Website.
- The Candidate undertakes to provide true, complete and current data.
- After receiving the Application, the Organiser evaluates it with the assistance of the Qualification Committee. The Committee may contact the Candidate by phone or e-mail during the qualification process to clarify information and determine acceptance of the application.
- The decision of the Qualification Committee is communicated to the Candidate by e-mail at the address provided in the Application within 5 days from the date the Application was sent.
- The decision of the Qualification Committee is final and does not require justification. A Candidate who has received a negative decision may contact a person from the Committee for a pastoral conversation.
- In the case of a positive decision, the Candidate becomes a Participant upon payment of the deposit referred to in § 5 within the required deadline.
§ 5. Fees and payment deadlines

The total fee for participation in the School of the 70 is PLN 2,200.00 (in words: two thousand two hundred Polish zloty) per person.

The fee covers:
- participation in all classes, teachings and sessions of the School;
- accommodation at the Elim Centre during the period 31 July – 9 August 2026;
- full board throughout the duration of the Event;
- training materials;
- accident insurance (NNW) for the duration of the Event.

The fee is paid in two instalments:
- Deposit: PLN 1,000.00 — payable by 30 June 2026;
- Remaining amount: PLN 1,200.00 — payable by 19 July 2026.

The deposit may be paid only after receiving a positive decision from the Qualification Committee. In the case of payment made before receiving the decision or after a negative decision, the payment will be refunded to the Candidate in full to the account from which it was made, within 14 days of the payment being credited.

Transfer title: “School of the 70 — [Participant’s full name] — [deposit / remaining amount]” -
The date of payment shall be deemed the date the payment is credited to the Organiser’s account.

Failure to pay the deposit or the remaining amount within the deadline is equivalent to the Participant’s resignation from participation in the Event and shall have the consequences described in § 6.
§ 6. Resignation and refund of fees

Participant’s resignation after payment of the deposit, but before 19 July 2026:
- the paid deposit is non-refundable;
- the Participant is released from the obligation to pay the remaining amount.

Participant’s resignation after 19 July 2026 or after payment of the full fee:
- the fees paid (both the deposit and the remaining amount) are non-refundable;
- the lack of refund results from the Organiser’s commitments to the Elim Centre and other entities involved in organising the Event.

Cancellation of the Event by the Organiser — in the case of cancellation of the School of the 70 by the Organiser for any reason, all Participants are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid within 14 days of the announcement of cancellation, to the account from which the payment was made.

Exclusion of a Participant (§ 8) — in the case of exclusion of a Participant during the Event due to violation of the Terms, the fees paid are non-refundable.

§ 7. Participant’s obligations
- The Participant undertakes to:
- comply with these Terms;
- comply with the schedule of the School of the 70 established by the Organiser;
- comply with the rules of the Elim Centre and internal regulations of the facility;
- treat other Participants, the leading team, speakers and Centre staff with respect;
- immediately inform the Organiser of any significant health or other circumstances that may affect safe participation in the Event;
- bear material liability for damage caused to the property of the Elim Centre or other Participants through the Participant’s fault.
§ 8. Exclusion from the Event

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a Participant from the School of the 70 during its duration, in particular in cases of:
- gross violation of the Terms;
- use, possession or distribution on the Centre premises of alcohol, drugs, other intoxicating or psychoactive substances;
- aggressive behaviour towards other persons (verbal, physical, psychological aggression);
- violation of the rules of the Elim Centre;
- behaviour grossly contrary to the spiritual and formative character of the Event.

The decision on exclusion is made by the Organiser. The decision is communicated to the Participant verbally and then confirmed in writing (e-mail).

The excluded Participant is obliged to immediately leave the premises of the Elim Centre. The cost of return to the place of residence is borne by the Participant.

In the case of exclusion, the Participant loses the right to a refund of the fees paid (§ 6 sec. 4).

In the case of exclusion of a minor Participant, the Organiser immediately informs the parent or legal guardian.
§ 9. Safety and liability

The Organiser provides Participants with accident insurance (NNW) for the duration of the Event.

The Organiser is not liable for the personal belongings of the Participant left unattended. The Participant is obliged to secure valuables, documents, cash and electronic devices on their own.

Participation in the physical activities provided in the School’s programme is voluntary and adjusted to the Participant’s abilities. The Participant should inform the Organiser of any health contraindications to participation in physical activity.

The Participant takes part in the Event at their own risk (subject to sec. 1 concerning accident insurance).
§ 10. Use of the Participant’s image

During the Event, the Organiser takes photographs and audio-video recordings of the course of the School of the 70 (classes, shared meals, prayers, free time).

These materials are used by the Organiser for the purposes of:
- documentation of the Event;
- publication on the Inna Droga TV channel (YouTube);
- publication on the Organiser’s social media (Facebook, Instagram and others);
- use in informational and promotional materials concerning future editions of the School of the 70 and the Organiser’s activities.

Submission of an Application requires a separate consent to the use of the Participant’s image under the terms set out in Article 81 of the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. In the case of minor Participants, consent is given by the parent or legal guardian.

The Participant (or their legal guardian) may withdraw consent to the use of their image at any time by writing to iod@s70.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of the image before its withdrawal; after withdrawal, the Organiser will cease publishing new materials with the Participant’s image and, to the extent technically possible, remove the image from currently published materials.
§ 11. Personal data protection
- The Controller of the personal data of Candidates and Participants is the Organiser referred to in § 1 sec. 2.
- Detailed information on the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§ 12. Complaints
- The Participant has the right to submit a complaint regarding the organisation of the Event.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing to the e-mail address: info@s70.pl or to the Organiser’s registered office address.
- The complaint should contain: the Participant’s full name, contact details, a description of the circumstances giving rise to the complaint and the expected manner of resolution.
- The Organiser reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§ 13. Final provisions
- The Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
- The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Terms. Candidates and Participants will be informed of changes by electronic means. Changes to the Terms do not apply to persons who have submitted an Application before the date of their publication, unless the change results from mandatory provisions of law.
- In matters not regulated by the Terms, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
- The Parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from participation in the Event amicably, and if not possible — through court proceedings before the court having jurisdiction under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
- The Terms have been drawn up in Polish. In case of any discrepancies between the Polish version and translations into other languages, the Polish version shall prevail.
